Course Objectives:
- Discuss benefits of becoming a fieldwork educator (FWE)
- Understand the regulatory parameters (ACOTE) in which FW experiences must occur
- Understand how to evaluate a student using the FWPE
- Learn techniques for giving feedback
- Facilitate learning of better knowledge of ourselves and our teaching styles
- Understand how level II partnerships can blossom into capstone experiences that further benefit your organization
